New company setup advise
I am a UK resident and I want to setup a company that manufactures physical goods in Korea and sells/distributes them in Western and Eastern Europe and North America. The turnover would be in usd 1-2m region annually with profit at ~40%. Can this type of activity be classified as e-commerce (if we setup website)? What is the best place to setup such a company as well as offshore bank account for the partners so that the dividend is not repatriated to the UK.  Kristina

Inheritence Tax
Some countries, like Britain, imposes a punitive Inheritence Tax on beneficiaries
in most cases the "Settlor's" children. But what happens if the Settlor sells his assets, say property, to his children on his deathbed or leaves the paperwork with his lawyer, to be dated (in his will) on the day of his death. In such cases the buyer should only have to pay a property transfer tax, which is justifiable, owing to the work involved to keep up the property register. The few percentage tax would be more acceptable and bring in more revenue for the government than the huge inheritence tax, which everyone with serious money will avoid. Inheritence tax drives many people into the hands of crooks. If the beneficiaries default on payment to the seller's estate, it is none of the government's business, hence a debt cannot be taxed. Inheritance Tax is immoral and people should force governments to abolish it.
