| E-commerce of tangible goods in Europe |
Hi,
I am going to open a new business' exclusive online sales of electronic, I will imports it from Hong Kong.Since I am talking about tangible goods, once in Europe they should be sorted for sale in France, Spain, Italy, Germany, and later U.S., I would like know what 'the best corporate form to create for this type of e-commerce.
Some have proposed Malta, Ireland or Andorra but the explanations are not too convincing.
I would like to have the best solutions and I have a haste to start practice, the price is not 'important, I just want trade with these countries in an efficient manner and with low taxes.

| Best way to purchase property in Madeira |
| HI, my husband and I have purchased a piece of land on which we would like to build a holiday home in Madeira. We are South African residents. We do not intend to sell the property in the future and would like our children and grandchildren to benefit form the use. We would like to know which would be the best option in terms of registering the property for the lowest costs. Should we register it in our personal names or in a Company (non trading) or a trust? Also from an asset protection point of view, which would be the best route? Charmaine |

IS THERE ANY SPECIAL RULE IMMPLEMENTED BY EC FOR GOODS ORIGINATED BY EC COUNTRIES , EXPORTED TO MADEIRA IN ORDER TO GET ADDITIONAL TREATMENT THERE,LIKE PACKING AND THEN TO BE RE-EXPORTED TO EC COUNTRY ????
