No income legal entity
I need to set up a legal entity that will incur expenses for services provided to it in another country but generate no revenue for at least 5 years. The chosen jurisdiction must explicitly allow it to do that i.e., the authorities should not care if the entity has no income for 5 years. That jurisdiction must have a really solid banking system. The jurisdiction must allow for anonymity of ownership of the entity and for nominee services legally entitled to sign contracts. There should be no taxes on entity's assets.
Any suggestions?Kenji

Trading securities and residence in Malta
I am looking for day trading in Europe in a good tax environment. Being a resident of a high tax country, I plan to move in Malta for a few years and to apply for HNWI residence. Just need to stay 3 months a year in Malta and so for this period I would pay up to 35% tax income + social security costs (do not think there are others taxes)in being self employed (prefer to avoid to create companies if possible)
Is this after those 3 months I could trade legally in others countries (not more than 6 months obviously) tax free, the income being not remitted in Malta and knowing that usually double tax agreements consider that income from independent activities should be taxed in the country of residence?
Thanks in advance.

Netherland Antilles holding a Dutch NV - trading goods -
I'm from the EU, and would like to open a company that would allow me not to pay VAT when buying merchandise in Benelux area - and also pay low taxes on profit - My idea would be to open a Netherlands Antilles holding a Dutch NV . The Dutch NV will operate in the area of Benelux, only buying merchandise - reselling 100% of it outside EU countries. My question is\ will I have to pay VAT when buying goods ? How much taxes (%) will I pay on profit ? How much does this structure cost ? Is this structure classified in the black list off shore companies ? Tks in advance for all replies..
