The latest selection from the many articles about QROPS and related topics is available below. Probably the most significant article announces the creation by HMRC of a special unit to monitor QROPS abuse. Most people will welcome this development, as there is little doubt that there are some dubious practices out there, which can make it a bit of a minefield for advisers and clients alike.

There are a couple of articles about Isle of Man and QROPS developments and an interesting article that makes the point that from a QROPS jurisdiction point of view, one size does not fit all – a view we endorse.

We must state, as always that we are a QROPS Provider on the IOM and Guernsey. We will shortly be announcing a QROPS in another jurisdiction as well – watch this space.
