Hi, you could try Cyprus. The tax rate is 10% and you get access to EU treaties and directives. The tax system is transparent and well established. The overall costs of maintaining a company are low.

Incorporating a company in Belize, Central America which will include the provision of a Registered Office where your company is officially located would work perfectly. Please contact us to discuss the matter on more detail by email to enquiries@turnerlittle.com or via our web site at www.turnerlittle.com

From a tax perspective, the best place for your business is Bulgaria. Of course much of that depends on your choice, for example you like HOng Kong. But Bulgaria is in the EU, Hong Kong not. At this moment Bulgaria have one of the lowest tax burdens in the all EU. For more info about that phdkalev@gmail.com or phdkalev.com

Hi, Swiss company have to have for registered address anything as long as it is physical address so not PO box only. But it could be of dvantage to not have it at your friends place if he lives in a "wrong" canton for tax purposes. Also the company has to have at least 1 manager who is living in Switzerland. This person does not have to be Swiss citizen. If you need more info, please write to quanxi@quanxi.net. Kind regards, Felix

Hi Jan, You may consider contacting the people of Sadeka (www.sadekya.com), they helped us set-up a Netherlands Antilles E-Zone Company, it works fine and we are paying only 2% tax on our profits. Cheers, L. Podolski
