Intend to establish a domiciliary company in CH. The company will fullfil all the basic requirements:
• will be both foreign-controlled and managed from abroad;
• will have a registered office in Switzerland (i.e. at a lawyer's premises);
• will have neither a physical presence nor staff in Switzerland;
• will carry out all of business abroad;
• receive only foreign source income.
What federal / cantonal / municipal level of the corporate income tax rate may be expected? Thanks.

The criteria you are giving are fulfilling the basic requirements for a domiciliated/auxiliary company.
Such a tax status is given by the responsible cantonal tax authority and is normally part of a tax ruling. You can expect to get an effective tax rates on taxable profits within 7 - <10%. A tax on capital also exist (0.001-0.5%) but is neglectable. Both tax rates depend on the canton your have selected to set up the company. Differences can be important.
However, different other obstacles need to be considered before you take a final decision. Legal form of the company, dividend policy resp. future plans in regard of cooperate strategy etc., charges and so on.
It's an easy process to set up a company in Switzerland but it needs some care and some reflections ...to profit most.
