For Africa Malta is a good choice. A Maltese Company would have two main benefits. Its still within Europe and you can bring your taxes down very low due to a refund system operated here. Email me and I will provide you with more details. alexander.hilton @ verdungroup.com

The benefit in Malta using a trade affine full service provider like Verdun Group, is simple. YOu dont just get your accounting done. You can benefit from extensive trade links and experience. Also be aware of NO Name operators that promise things and dont deliver. alexander.hilton @ verdungroup.com

Dear Ralph, Try Mauritius; it has got tax treaties with most African countries of repute and local tax is at 3%. Additionally you can apply for residence permit in Mauritius after 3 years.

Further tax treaties have been signed with Malawi, Nigeria and Zambia which await ratification.

Hi Ralph, As you intend to do business with Africa, I would suggest incorporating a company in Belize, Central America utilising nominee directors and a trust or nominee shareholder to hold shares in the company and for banking to be arranged in two locations. The first account can be arranged in Africa to enable ease and speed of transfer to your company with a second account being arranged in Cyprus or Malta to receive the money that you move out of Africa once received and into a more secure banking environment. Please contact us to discuss on enquiries@turnerlittle.com or via our web site at www.turnerlittle.com

Proceeds on key-man policies in an S-Corporation are essentially trapped in the corporation. Any distribution of that cash to surviving S-Corporation shareholders - or to the estate of the deceased shareholder - triggers a taxable event. http://www.keymanlifeinsure.com/ - key person disability insurance taxation http://www.keymanlifeinsure.com/
