What's the cheapest offshore company formation service?

I'm from the EU, and would like to open a company (either inside or outside the EU) that would allow me not to pay VAT when buying Internet services from the EU (typically from Germany). It would also provide me with a more professional name to hold all my domains and Internet services, and help me keep my home address private. Can anyone suggest a good service that will take care of this? Cheapest meaning it shouldn't be too expensive to open AND maintain, as I won't really be trading anyway (using services for my own benefit at the moment, so I also don't need bank accounts etc. for the company)...

Hi, Anto. EU tax havens are more expensive. The Caribbean offers a comprehensive choice, including very cost-effective solutions. We suggest Dominica, with first-hand prices of about $800 setup and $400 annually thereafter beginning with the second year. For assistance please contact us directly.

I would agree that attempting to utilise an offshore structure on such a budget is only likely to cause problems. It is simply not possible to put a suitable and correctly produced structure in place on the budget that you have. Notwithstanding, you may wish to visit our web site at www.turnerlittle.com for further information about our services.

Suppose you find a structure for US $ 200,00, how do you think that will work? How do you think you are going to pay for the services you are going to buy? With you credit card, that is not matching your companies address? Possibly belonging to a European Bank? Or from an IP address at your home town or some wellknown proxies all not matching the billing address? I think you need to wake up now. Also there is a big difference between streamlining your taxes and committing VAT fraud. What you are asking for is simply speaking VAT fraud and there is no assistance available for that scheme at all. info(at)eu-hub.com Eu-Hub Malta Limited

Ok firstly do it legally & use your head, the cheapest place would be the UK, circa £40, then register for vat, means you have paperwork to do but most vat is reclaimable if it is for the running of your business not resale of goods, then do your yearly return DO NOT avoid this! (pretty simple if no biz income) HMRC will get very nasty if you don't & they do have teeth!

Dear Anto, I rarely reply to posts. I am Ghirish Gopal from Mauritius and have had gone through your approach and understand what it feels when you are hit by VAT implication. Avoiding VAT is like Tax evasion. I suggest that within your voted budget, you get a domestic Mauritian Company incorporated with a reserved name of your choice, get the internet facilities required in your company's new name and do your business. The price that you will pay for VAT from Germany can be transposed to your customers who buy your VAT included products. Need further discussion, contact Ghirish on ghirish.gopal@hotmail.com

Hello everyone,

Just to let you know that it exists many company formation services providers in the market, and some you can totally rely on.
I am actually doing some researches for incorporating a new offshore company and found this website: http://www.offshore-company-incorporation.co/ .
The consultants are legal specialists that give you really good advices related to your business sector (which jurisdiction to pick for example)!

Hope they can help you.
