I will be selling software online. Where is the best place to open a company if I want zero VAT rates and minimal corporation tax? The company will trade online and should be able to accept credit card payments.I am not concerned about dividend taxation at this stage. Thanks

Pete ASK CS have just set up an offshore structure for a client purely trading online. they offer a company and trust structure with bank account and merchanting account. they tend to listen to what you require before suggesting a solution contact andre.nell@askcs.co.uk and he will get you sorted.
