Hi,
I am interested to have my own company in Andorra, in order to continue my business there and maybe to move there. Now I am working like sales agency in Romania for the foreign producers. What I must do in this case and also to have the Andorian citizenship?

As an european citizen it can be really easy to get that Andorra citizenship. About the business you are planing to run, asuming its going to be an Andorra company, you will need an european administrator. Let me know if you have further questions.

Dear Marius,
Andorra has made it a lot easier for foreigners to set up companies in Andorra, and there are now 200 different types of businesses where it is possible to have 100% foreign capital. It is also fairly easy to get Andorran residency although residency with a work permit is more complicated. A lot depends on your passport. Please could me for more details.

Please be carefully its not allways so onest threre with realstate agencies. Also banking is really expensiv 400 euros per year or more and what ever you do they add comissions, like share dealing became really expensiv with doble comissions and safekeeping garces dont recomend. And if you dont look some privit bank garce you extra, then its hard to get right, its better you complay to manegent than your banking teller.
