Offshore company for photographic services |

I am a resident in Austria and am a professional photographer delivering my services as a photographer worldwide, but mostly within Europe, 60% within Austria, and mostly to private individuals.
I am wanting to now set up my own company as business is growing, and am unable to do so in Austria due to paperwork. I at present do not have or own any company.
My idea is to set up my company elsewhere for invoicing and to 'employ' myself.
I need advice on the best type of company and location for this type of service. My idea was Jersey since my father lives there. Any ideas?

Dear photographer, there are several jurisdictions within Europe and outside that you could use. A UK Ltd company is an easy tool, perhaps in combination with management in a low-tax country like Cyprus? Please email us for more information at info@freemontgroup.com

That your father is resident of Jersey, is really nice. But not really relevant for your problem.
You are resident in Austria and 60% of your business is done in Austria. How long do you think it will take for the authorities to figure that scheme out? And suggestion for UK companies can only come from people that are not familiar with German speaking authorities and the conditions.
There is a way that is completely legal and can result in very little to almost no tax. But you would have to relaocate your place of residence to another European Country.
I need a bit more details on your business, like how much time you spend in Austria, how much turnover etc.
