I have a company, a UAB in Lithuania. I do the majority of my business in France, and need to have a registration in france, Siret number, vat payer all of the above. On the surface I would imagine this would be simple as I am a company owner of a fellow EU member nation, but have thus far not found any information on how to register my LT company in FR. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I would advice you that you contact your embassy in France and ask for a suitable lawyer or better an accountant (you need one anyway)that can assist you. Or go to the french Embassy in your home country and ask the same question. There is no point in talking to people all over the world about a simple local problem. why do u need to set a company in france and subject yourself to so much taxation..! set up an onshore/offshore company in malta, do all your business in france as much as u want and invoice from malta. u can have an e-office address with company reply service for a few euros and be subject to no more than 5% tax and possibly less...malta has one of the finest internationally recognised onshore/offshore legislation in europe which will serve u well in your set up. if interested u may contact me on fcamilleri@intertecnica.com.mt or skype me on : fcamilleri

You should be able to register a branch of your company in France. And again, you can consult with the Embassy of France in this matter. They are very helpful in General. It depends on the type of business you are running in France. If you run an online Sales Business you may really opt for one of our that includes your Maltese Trading Company and a fully fledged state of the Art E-Commerce platform including a merchant account and most importantly a Central European Drop shipping Logistic Center (at very very low cost) that actually takes care of the distribution of the goods. This is very important since shipping costs are a big costs to your business. Means, shipment from Lithuania goes to Central Stores any order will be dispatched from there to the customer, whilst all the money flows via Malta. This way you would achieve excellent Taxation and you would also operate from a main European Location. On the other hand, if you require presence in France on a regular basis, it would be advisable to register in FRance, since the French people do prefer dealing with a French Company. info(at)eu-hub.com www.eu-hub.com Eu-Hub Malta Limited Skype: euhubmalta
