Hello, I am in the process of finishing a commission based global vacation rental business online. We take deposits of 200 - 1000 dollars at a time online. I saw in an article that Anguilla banks do not allow ecommerce transactions. Whats the bets place uae? We are expected to earn over 400 k and would prefer to leave it off shore but still need to pay freelance or part time employees in the us and Europe. Whats the best way to do this?

There are a few questions I would have here: a) Where are you based yourself in Europe or US b) Commission based? Do you get a commission for a succesful sale and the deposit is covering that? Operating offshore these days is not necessarily the best option. Life is a lot easier and less hassle if you operate onshore. Malta offers you excellent facilities and low taxes (can be as low as 5% net). A merchant account is no problem here (would also be no problem if you have a company from Anguilla) and you would operate as a member of the European Union. If I get a bit additional information, I will prepare you a detailed plan. info (at) eu-hub.com Eu-Hub Malta Limited

The benefits of registering a company in Malta are: • the tax advantages (5% for non-resident shareholders) • membership of the European Union • excellent telecommunications • legislative framework in line with EU directives. By exploiting the tax advantages and other facilities in Malta, companies and individuals who are involved in international trade, could derive great benefits by relocating their trading activities to originate from Malta.
