Hi, We are just thinking of starting an e-commerce solution with fully digital e-products which will work in whole EU at the end. First would start in the languages like English, French, German, Italian and Spain. Later on in all languages that are spoken in EU. What are your suggestion which EU country could be the best solution - tax wise - for such an e-commerce site and why (establish a new company, taxes on sales, taxes for incomes of the owners, etc.? We would like to be resident in only one country and do the sale throughout EU for all citizens. Your reply is highly appreciated! :) GD

Malta All support Languages available on the Island. Excellent IT Infrastructure. Good Banking and Merchant Facilities. Strong local support by the enterprise board. You can live in Malta and enjoy a good standard of living at very low costs. We can legally structure you in a way that you pay a net tax of 5% for the trading company (after refund) and 0% tax on your worldwide income. Only personal income remitted to Malta would be taxable. info(at)eu-hub.com Eu-Hub Malta Limited skype: euhubmalta www.eu-hub.com

GD , I have just set up a company in Belize with an offshore merchanting account associated with it. you can set up your website and take payments from anywhere in the world and due to te excellent tax regime in Beleize (0%) it is beneficial when setting up a new business. You can then remit enough of a salary for yourself to your home country ,paying any taxes, with the remainder of your profits safe offshore. andre.nell@askcs.co.uk will be able to sort something out for you.
